FootballHome Cookies and Browser Storage
Last updated: 22 October 2026.
1. What we use storage for
Cookies and browser storage support secure sign-in, request protection, language and appearance choices, and navigation within FootballHome. Storage depends on the page and features you use. The operator is PSG, Borut Grauf s.p.; contact support@footballhome.app.
2. Cookies
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session cookie; its name is specific to the installation | Associate authenticated requests with your session | Normally 120 minutes of inactivity; renewed during active use. Signing out invalidates the session. Browser-close expiry applies if configured for that installation. |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Protect state-changing requests from cross-site forgery | Follows the session-cookie lifetime, normally 120 minutes; renewed with the session |
i18n_redirected in the app; locale on hosted Club websites |
Remember your selected interface language | Up to 365 days after it is set or renewed, unless cleared sooner |
Authentication uses the server session. A locally remembered account display does not replace server-side authentication or authorisation.
3. Local and session storage
| Item | Purpose | Duration / removal |
|---|---|---|
auth_user |
Cache account display details so the interface can restore promptly | Updated when account details change; removed on sign-out or when browser data is cleared |
poi-theme |
Remember appearance settings | Until replaced, reset or browser data is cleared |
sportshub.login-method |
Remember the selected sign-in method | Until replaced or browser data is cleared |
sportshub:context:<club>:<user> and related keys |
Remember staff/member context and navigation | Until replaced or browser data is cleared |
sportshub:home-team:<user>:<club> |
Remember the dashboard team selection | Until replaced or browser data is cleared |
sportshub:returnTo:<scope>:<token> |
Return to the relevant page and filters after editing | Browser tab session; entries older than eight hours are ignored |
r2-member-child:<user> |
Remember the child selected in the guardian schedule | Browser tab session or until replaced |
sportshub:event-reminder:<club>:<event> |
Remember the interface reminder cooldown | Until replaced or cleared; an expired cooldown no longer restricts the action |
register-form and register-step, where self-registration is offered |
Preserve an unfinished registration across steps | Browser tab session; removed after successful completion |
Local storage has no automatic browser expiry unless the application removes it. Session storage normally lasts for the tab session; some browsers restore it when restoring tabs. Internal storage names can refer to Sportshub or shared platform components without changing the identity of the service operator.
4. Installed app and notifications
The app uses a service worker and browser caches for application resources and updates. Cached resources remain until replaced by an update, removed by the browser or cleared by you. If you enable push notifications, your browser maintains a notification subscription and permission. You can revoke that permission in browser settings. Notification permission does not authorise unrelated tracking or marketing.
5. External services
Cloudflare provides network delivery and security. Where a security challenge is used, it may use security cookies and request/device signals. Configured error reporting processes diagnostic information to investigate failures. These services are described in the Privacy Notice and Subprocessor List. The directly invoiced service does not need a Paddle checkout on the app.
Club-managed public pages may include external media or links. The relevant Club is responsible for explaining its own optional integrations and obtaining consent where required. Optional technologies requiring consent must not load before that consent; this notice is not blanket permission for all storage or external content.
6. Your controls
Use your browser settings to inspect, block or remove cookies, local storage, caches and notification permissions. This may sign you out, reset preferences or remove unfinished work. Sign out when using a shared device. Where optional consent is requested, you can withdraw it through the relevant controls without affecting earlier lawful processing.
See the Privacy Notice for personal-data information and rights. Questions: support@footballhome.app.
